The standard lead cap is three times the included monthly allowance. New lead capture stops at the cap unless the signed order form sets a different limit.
A custom order form can set a different monthly fee, lead allowance, overage rate, lead cap, or included features.

Automated SMS intake
Automated SMS intake is included on Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Your firm controls outreach settings, and Caisely honors recorded SMS opt-outs.
Unlimited users
All three published plans allow unlimited firm users.
Voice intake on Growth and Enterprise.
Growth and Enterprise are eligible for voice intake. Starter is not.
Voice features are not active by default. They require current pilot availability, organization-specific configuration, and firm enablement. Automatic AI calling also stays off until the firm turns it on.
